My Weekend

On Monday I went to the hospital with my dad to see my papa because his blood pressure was too  high.

After we left the hospital, I asked my dad if I can go with my uncle and he said “ok”. So I went with my uncle Matt. I went to his house to see my 3 coins That were playing Minecraft.  After a few hours we went to the park.

We left back home so we can get ready for to go back to the hospital.

I had a great time with my uncle and aunty and my 3 cousins. I hope my papa gets better soon.

Healthy Food Eating

Wow! Glenbrae went on a school trip. Guess where we went? We went to Pak n Save to learn about the good food and the energy.

We were split into 5 different groups. The teachers had to take us in there in their own cars. I was with my teacher Miss Smith. It was only my classroom room 9.

As we got there, it was packed. We were only there for 1 hour. We read labels and learnt about energy, sodium, fat, sugar, fibre. Once we had finished, we went back to school.

We all had a great time. One more thing we got lunch box each. I learnt not to eat too much sugar and try and eat healthy food. I had a great time and all the others had good time too.

My weekend

On the weekend it was a nice day in NZ  it was nice and sunny day. My dad and I had a milo. I went outside and I could hear birds tweeting. I got ready for something and that was something fun, I mean it, I went to the beach and then I played  some fortnite for like 1 hour. My Dad and I went to Otara. I brought my pillow and blanket and I got in my car. My dad was the driver. I had a  nap and then I woke up and I was there. We went looking around and it was getting dark so I went back home. I had a great day i want to do it again.
